Join Bex for a walk through the beautiful West Sussex Countryside. With autumn in full colourful glory our walk will include the famous tree tunnel at Halnaker, be sure to bring a camera as photographers travel far and wide to get snaps of this magical tunnel of trees!!

Our walk will take us to an atmospheric ruin, pass vineyards, Boxgrove Quarry before ascending to the hilltop windmill for views out to the coast.

Distance: 4.5-5 miles

Terrain: moderate, mostly flat but with uneven terrain including mix of fields, tracks and kissing gates with one hill!

Duration: between 1hr 40 and 2 hours to allow for photos and admiring the views.

What to bring: 

Weather-appropriate clothing. 

If it’s been wet it will be muddy and with the uneven terrain, sturdy footwear is a must.

Water/drink and snacks.

This is not suitable for pushchairs or buggies. Dogs are allowed. Please note there are no toilets on the route.
