Join us on a moonlit adventure this March. We will witness the moonrise at 6:29pm while walking through the stunning Brimham Rocks. This is a perfect opportunity to try your hand at astrophotography! So if you have a camera, bring it along!

Join Tor for her favourite coastal walk. We start from the Car Park overlooking Caerfai Beach and head towards Solva. There's a lovely small harbour and pub at the end, where we can have a pint before heading back. This walk is a little further afield than usual, so we can discuss sharing lifts etc.

Join us at the beautiful Oasis Nature Garden for a very special campfire coffee making and tasting session. Coffee fuels adventures for so many of us. But quality shouldn’t be sacrificed just because we’re outdoors.

Our very popular astronomy workshop is back and will be held at Lime Tree observatory in Grewelthorpe this Feb. We will have access to their three telescopes and planetarium for the evening and will have one of their amazing guides teaching about the night sky in this area.

Wander through magical woodland trails, visit England’s tallest tree, and gather around a cosy campfire. This month’s theme is dark—let’s embrace the enchanting twilight!

Luckily for us, jelly ears grow all year round. Join us for a walk around the enchanting Ty Canol woods as we hunt for these edible funghi. We’ll start by the car park then make our way through the woods and up to Pentre Ifan, before heading back.

Join Rob and Hannah as we explore slightly further afield to enjoy Broxbourne Woods, following the NNR trail in Hoddesdon park Wood which forms part of the Hertfordshire’s only National Nature Reserve.

We will meet on Coe Fen and walk along the River Cam to Grantchester Meadows, through Sheeps Green, Lammas Land and Paradise Nature Reserve. We’ll set up 3 buckets of special bubble mixture and share some sticks and cotton cord that can be used to create giant bubbles.

Join us for a fun Wildish gathering as we try to catch a glimpse of the dazzling planets visible this time of year! We'll be on the lookout for Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, and maybe even Venus.

Join the Wildish Club Pateley as we learn the art of visible mending with Liv this winter! We have been doing a number of online events with Liv, learning how to darn, repair knit wear and embroider garments. Its been so relaxing and such fun so we thought we would run a mending workshop!

Join us for a 40-minute walk around Coton Country Park to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. After the walk, we’ll head back to the Village Hall for refreshments and a fascinating talk by Prof. Lloyd Peck: “The Strangest Animals on Earth Live at the Bottom of the Sea in Antarctica!”.

Join us for an extended leg of the Heritage section of the New River Path. As Thames Water says, 'It isn’t new and it isn’t a river'. The New River is actually a water supply aqueduct built in 1613 to bring fresh drinking water from Hertfordshire to North London.'

Start the New Year in the best way possible with a glorious coastal walk followed by Qigong on the beach. This will be led by the very wonderful Jess Elmhirst, who is a qualified Qigong teacher and practitioner.

Come to our first workshop and launch of the Pateley Bridge Wildish Community Garden. We have the greenhouse, we have the shed, but now we have to design how we want the garden to be. In this first workshop, garden designers Megan and Lizzie will be teaching us how to design the layout of a garden.

Join us on a local 8km walk around Lewesdon Hill to collect natural Christmas decorations. Bring a bag, ample snacks, hot drinks, sturdy boots (will be muddy), and layers!

Come join us to craft a beautiful wreath for your door, made from 100% natural materials! 🌿✨ Each workshop lasts for approx 2 hours, offering a fun and festive experience.

Join Bex for an extra special Wildish Walk and workshop. The walk will be through the lanes and footpaths around East Meon, where you will forage for Winter Foliage to use in your Christmas Wreath.

Join us on a 5km walk around the Somerset town of Crewkene. Finishing at The Board House for a fun evening of board games, nibbles and drinks.
