Best enjoyed outside with strangers... After 11am.
This Peruvian Swiss Water Decaf blends Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Mundo, Novo, Pache and Typica varietals that have grown between 1000m and 1800m above sea level.
This has created a cup that we think tastes a bit like apple, chocolate and lime.
Best thing about it? You can drink it all day long and still sleep at night.

Decaf shouldn’t be an afterthought. It should be as good as any other coffee on the shelf, and this one is.
Sourced from Cooperativa Agraria Frontera San Ignacio (COOPAFSI) in San Ignacio, Peru, this coffee is grown in the buffer zones of a protected natural area, where the mountains meet the Amazon basin. The farmers here follow organic, fair-trade, and Rainforest Alliance-certified practices, not just for quality but to protect local wildlife—spectacled bears, cock-of-the-rocks, and jaguars roam freely in this landscape.
This coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a method that removes caffeine naturally without chemicals, keeping the beans’ full body and flavour intact. Expect a cup that’s smooth, chocolatey, and rich, with a hint of citrus brightness.
