the brew
Grown by smallholder farmers in Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, this washed-process coffee thrives at altitudes between 1,500 and 2,200 metres. These highlands, paired with heirloom varietals and careful hand-processing, give the coffee its complexity and lightness.
Cherries are fermented for up to 48 hours before being washed and dried on raised beds in the sun. The result? A beautifully clean and floral cup that captures the soul of its place.
