BOTANICAL MONO PRINTING: TURNING NATURE INTO ART
Born out of spontaneity during a Wildish Club meet, Botanical Mono Printing is a creative, simple, and satisfying way to capture the beauty of nature. With just a few materials and seasonal plants, you can create stunning prints perfect for cards, art pieces, or even wrapping paper. Each print is entirely unique, celebrating the shapes and textures of the stems you choose.

What do you need?
Seasonal stems (sweet peas, thistles, cosmos, daisies, ferns)
Ink roller (brayer)
Acrylic ink Ink tray
Folded printmaking paper
Newspaper for workspace protection
How to do it.
1. Spread Ink Squeeze acrylic ink onto tray, roll evenly with brayer.
2. Ink the Stem Place chosen flower/stem on the tray, roll ink gently on all sides.
3. Print Open folded paper, place the inked stem on one side, fold the other half over, press lightly, then peel back.
4. Reveal Carefully remove stem to see mirrored prints on both halves of the folded paper.
5. Repeat & Experiment Try different plants, ink colors, layering multiple prints.
